or so and then asks a few questions about you.
- Purpose of the interview is basically to describe the process.
- Process- informational interview is first, the second interview is
an office visit that you set up but they give you this packet that they want you to read
through and fill out while in a Sherwin Williams store. The packet has a large number of
questions in it and you are encouraged to ask the store manager of the one you are in for
help. This will help you understand the processes so that you can answer the questions.
After the packet is complete you set another interview up with the same interviewer that
you had in the initial interview and they give you some skill set tests and match you with
a region.
