• Very formal interview
• Typical questions about your strengths and weaknesses and the meaning of those as it applies to State Farm. They are less concerned with teamwork than other firms. A typical question would be one that asks you to pick a time that you have failed to reach a goal and tell them why you feel that happened.
• Process- Initial formal interview, second interview is an on-site visit to interview with a regional director, third interview is with an area coordinator to decide if and where to place you.
