those selected receive invitations to an on-site interview.
- Interviewing Style: Standard. There are some questions
designed to ascertain your quantitative skills. Two typical questions were to identify the
three basic financial statements and then to identify the accounts from the statements you
would want to focus on to analyze a firms current financial condition.
- Analytical/Personality Test: Given test at the on-grounds
interview and then asked to complete and forward to SunTrust. Mostly a logic-based test
that determines your analytical ability.
- Tip: Make sure to attend the companys on-grounds
presentation the night before the interview. The firm generally sends only one or two
representatives, so this allows you to learn their names and become comfortable before the
interview.
