R. Ryan Nelson

Ryan Nelson is a Professor, the Program Coordinator for the MS in MIT Program, and the Director of the Center for The Management of Information Technology (CMIT) at the McIntire School of Commerce of The University of Virginia . He received his Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Georgia in 1985 and spent five years on the faculty of the University of Houston before joining UVa. Ryan's teaching, research, and consulting activities tend to focus on the impact of information technology (IT) on individuals, work groups, and organizations.
